you can use both cheats (free & advanced) on trust mode without any problems.
(except sometimes if you play against bots in singleplayer, you have to restart ur game).

just to make sure if i put in launch options trusted mode i dont get vac banned?

tbh your question slightly confuses me here, I try to answer it as far as I understand your question.

This cheat can be used in csgo trusted mode without detection.
But you can still be banned if you play to obvious or start the injector while steam is running.
You also should use the "Auto Delete" option or a removeable device, which you remove as soon as the injector has been started.
